Return Procedures​

For whatever reason, it is possible that you have to return a product. Please read carefully the following procedures to know the costs incurred if such an event should occur:

·         Charges to return a product at Bullou, the “return”

·         Charges to send a product following an exchange or related to the warranty, the “resend”.

 

An error has occurred:

you have received another product than the one you ordered or the product does not fit the description. Please, notify us as soon as possible. You can return the product or apply for a refund. You can also make an exchange (return) and we will send you the product you choose (resend). All the shipping costs will be paid by Bullou.

You receive your product and are not happy with your choice:

you can send it back or exchange it. If you send it back, you are responsible for the shipping costs. We will reimburse the cost of the product (including taxes). If you exchange it for an equivalent product, you are responsible for the return and resend charges

 

Manufacturing defect: two (2) first months after reception:

please advise us by email of the return of the product. Whether you cancel the order or choose the repair or exchange option, Bullou & Cie will pay the return/resend charges.
