Guarantee​

Bullou’s products are exclusively made in Québec. We strive to provide you with a high quality product. Despite all the precautions taken during the fabrication process, we are well aware that certain products could be defective.

 

Under normal use:

First two (2) months :

all Bullou’s products offer a warranty against all fabrication defect within two (2) months following the date of receipt of the product. In case of a fabrication defect, Bullou will repair or replace the product, or reimburse in full. Bullou is responsible for all the shipping costs, if any.

 

Between two (2) or six (6) months:

if there is a problem during that period, from the reception date of the product, Bullou will repair the product without charge, except for the return/resend charges, if any.

 

The warranty remains valid even when there is a new owner.
