Unless stated otherwise, Canada Post delivers our parcels. The following conditions are valid only if the postal service functions normally. In the event of a postal conflict, deadlines could not be met.

Bullou & Cie undertakes to deliver its products in the following timeframes. If we cannot meet those timeframes, under normal delivery conditions, we will advise you by email. You will then be entitled to cancel your order and to a full refund. 

Bullou & Cie is committed to send your order to the postal services within the following time limits:

 

Products in stock:

Within seven (7) days following the reception of the order.

 

Products out-of-stock:

It is impossible to order in line a product that is out-of-stock. However, you can let us know what product you would like; if we still have the fabric to design the model, we should be able to ship it to you within fourteen (14) working days.

 

Customized order:

It is impossible to know the delivery period before we discuss your order with you. The delivery period depends of your choice of fabric and the backlog. Only then will we be able to give you an approximate date.
