The prices listed are in Canadian dollars. ​

In case of litigation, any complaints filed against Bullou et Cie “Bullou” should be brought in the judicial district of the city of Repentigny.

The gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be returned.

Items marked ''Final Sale'' cannot be returned. The warranty applies only for repairs.

Bullou can, in its sole discretion, cancel or refuse an order. You will get a full refund if we have already received your payment.

Bullou might require a down payment for custom orders, especially if we have to order fabric. There is no refund of the down payment if the buyer cancels the order. However, the down payment is reimbursed in full if Bullou cancels the order.

Payments made by Paypal or wire transfer are accepted. Cash payments are also accepted if you come and collect your order.
